From humble beginnings come great eats. What was to become Eatwell Vietnamese Food started as Eat-Well Food Mart, a humble little corner store on Canal St. and N. Broad Ave. While our unassuming, little corner store doesn’t provide much frills, the heart of the operation lies in the back where our tiny kitchen served up delicious, Vietnamese staples and quickly became a hidden gem for authentic Vietnamese food in the Mid-City neighborhood of New Orleans. At our newest location in the Pythian Market, Eatwell Vietnamese Food continues to serve up crowd favorites including freshly prepared banh mi, comforting bowls of pho, refreshing vermicelli bowls, and a little special hybrid called a phoritto, which is exactly what it sounds like: a pho burrito.

Our food incorporates fresh ingredients, reliance on herbs and vegetables, minimal use of dairy, and a balance between fresh herbs, meats, and a selective use of spices, resulting in a delicious, balanced, and healthy meal.

We are very proud of our humble beginnings and are excited for the opportunity to bring our Fresh, Delicious Vietnamese Food to the Downtown New Orleans area.
